On Wednesday, June 22nd, the Secaucus High School Senior Class of 2022 was treated to a Clap-Out of Huber Street School.

June 24, 2022 will be Mrs. Phemsint’s final day at Huber Street School. Take a video tour of her final Art Gallery before she retires. Thank you Mrs. Phemsint!

At the End of the Year Award's Ceremony, special area teachers distributed awards to students who displayed a leadership, knowledge, and skills in their special area classes (i.e Art, Band, Computer, Science, Spanish, Music, and Physical Education.)
Students also received awards for participating clubs.
Homeroom teachers distributed Citizenship Awards to one student in their class who demonstrates strength of character and leadership. Congratulations to our Citizenship Award Recipients! #SecaucusPride

On June 10,2022, Huber Street students were given the opportunity to pie their teachers and principal in the face. This reward was earned by the students because of the wonderful job they did in their efforts to raise money for our Huber Street School PTA.

On Friday, June 10, 2022, students and teachers at Huber Street School had the opportunity to dunk the principal into the dunk tank. He was dunked over 20 times!

Thank you to our amazing PTA for organizing this event, thank you to Mayor Mike Gonnelli for donating the dunk tank, and thank you to our fantastic students and families for all of their support.

On June 10, 2022, Huber Street School students, along with the Secaucus Police Department, participated in the annual Torch Run to raise money for the New Jersey Special Olympics. Check out our video for some sights and sounds of the event. https://youtu.be/2sbCc0EHYzE

Mrs. Lopena’s 4th Grade enjoyed their annual Poetry Cafe. The students have been focusing on poetry and this event was their grand finale. Each student wrote a poem to share. At the end of each performance, the students had celebration.
