Holi Celebration One of Ms. Choj’s class parents, Ms. Swati Surana, joined our class today to celebrate Holi. The students spent their morning learning about the origin of this fun celebration. Ms. Surana read a book titled "The Festival of Colors". Then, students made cut-outs of their hands and created their own henna designs. Ms. Surana showed students what the colorful powders used during Holi look and feel like and how they are used. Later, students collaborated on coloring Holi inspired artwork. #SecaucusPride
Breakfast with the Easter Bunny @ SHS Saturday, March 25th the SHS Class of 2025 is hosting Breakfast with the Easter Bunny from 9 to 11 AM at Secaucus High School. Preschool and Elementary School students have been provided with flyers. If you are interested in purchasing presale tickets please reach out to [email protected] & [email protected] for more information. Presale ticket forms must be in by March 17th. Tickets will also be sold at the door. Breakfast, games, and crafts are included with entry. In addition, there will be a tricky tray raffle, 50/50, and pictures with the Easter Bunny for an additional cost (please bring cash). We look forward to having you!
Curry Cafe Mrs. Curry’s 4th grade class had their annual Book Tasting 👩🏻🍳 Students experienced “fine dining” at Curry Cafe, where they were exposed to various fictional genres.
